JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that celebrates change and new ideas You will be the vital link between our products and our customers, while supporting and developing our stylists.
Key tasks for the role:
-Support and where necessary deputise store management in delivering KPIs and acting on profit opportunities.
-Provide the store team with individual, daily and weekly sales targets to increase store performance.
-Monitor KPIs and team performance by creating reports and informing the management team.
-Assisting in store operations with tasks such as stock management, payroll, administration and scheduling.
-Assist in the customer journey by providing excellent personalised service and ensuring that the customer is put first.
-Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
Our ideal candidate:
-Passionate about the brand and living our values.
Well-developed customer service skills and experience in managing and developing teams effectively.
-Proven experience of having successfully developed your own team.
-Experience working against and driving KPIs and sales targets in a store environment and have a good understanding of store operations.
