As a Supervisor at the Levi's Store, you are a role model in day-to-day operations. You lead by inspiring, coaching, and supporting the team while ensuring every customer receives a first-class shopping experience. Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for creating an inspiring store environment, developing employees, and working towards the store's sales targets.
For us, it's important that all our customers have an unusual shopping experience when they visit our stores. As a Supervisor, you are a key person in creating and maintaining this culture.
You have experience from the service or retail sector, preferably in a leadership role, but your personality, commitment, and interest in Levi’s and people are at least as important.

Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team during daily work.
- Ensuring a high level of service and an inspiring customer experience.
- Coach and introduce new employees, as well as contribute to the team's development.
- Plan and prioritise daily operations alongside the store manager.
- Follow up on sales, the store's goals and key figures, and work actively to achieve them.
- Ensure the store is always well-organised, inspirational and adheres to Levi's concepts and visual guidelines.
- Take responsibility for the shop in the store manager's absence.
