Are you a driven salesperson with a passion for customer service?
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused employee who is passionate about sales and service. With us, the customer is always the focus, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, and loves creating a first-class shopping experience.
As part of our team, you will welcome customers with a smile, understand their needs, and provide personal recommendations to ensure an inspiring and memorable experience. You thrive in a dynamic retail environment where order and structure are a given, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
Your main duties:
- Personal selling and customer service
- Till work
- Stocking and organising goods
- Daily care and maintenance of the shop
- Follow-up of the store's key performance indicators
- Be an ambassador for the company and our brand
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of retail and is passionate about customer service
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Is a team player who rejoices in both their own and others' successes
- Has strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Is proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Turned 18
About the service:
- Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
- Employment rate: 20-30 hours/week, working every second weekend
- Opportunity to work extra shifts when needed
- Start date: immediately or by mutual agreement
