The recipe for success:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused sales assistant for 10–15 hours a week who wants to help give our customers a warm, inspiring and memorable shopping experience in our outlet store at Stockholm Quality Outlet. You will play an important role in daily operations and meet customers with energy, knowledge and a genuine interest in our product range.
What is on your daily menu?
• Provide personal and dedicated customer service that creates an exceptional in-store experience.
• Actively sell and guide customers through our range of premium kitchen products.
• Receive, unpack and replenish stock to ensure an inspiring and well-stocked store.
• Tag and organise products according to visual guidelines and routines.
• Maintaining order in the shop and warehouse, including ongoing cleaning.
• Take part in customer evenings and in-store events and help create memorable experiences.
• Step in when needed, for example in the event of colleagues' illness or holiday.
What is served on your seasonal menu?
• Support the team during major campaigns and range changes.
• Assist with stocktakes and annual reconciliations.
• Participate in ad hoc projects related to store development and customer activities.
The perfect blend:
• Experience of retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with different types of customers.
• Flexible, customer-focused and responsible.
• Interest in cooking and kitchen equipment.
• Positive and motivated to contribute to a team
Good to have:
• Experience from premium or lifestyle brands.
• Used to working at a fast pace with varied tasks.
• Understanding of visual retail concept or merchandising.
