SAND is looking for an assistant store manager for our outlet store in Barkarby. We are looking for you who are a results-oriented and goal-driven leader, who achieves success and has a sharp business acumen combined with the ability to inspire and motivate the team around you. As assistant store manager, together with the Retail Manager, you are responsible for maximising sales and profitability in the store. You will follow up on sales targets and results. You are responsible for ensuring that staff are in place. The store's success is based on your ability to coach your team, for the team to reach its full potential and for our customers to always be met by a professional salesperson who is happy and motivated.
Your profile:
You have a few years of experience in sales and store operations, and it is an advantage if you have previously held a leadership role, preferably from a retail store. You are a resourceful and competitive person with great drive and commitment. You are responsible and organised. You are outgoing, social and spread wonderful energy. You have a sense of fashion and are a customer-focused star salesperson. If you recognise yourself in this description, you are the right person for us at SAND!

Merits: You who are applying to SAND have at least three years of industry experience, and it is advantageous if you have previously held a leadership role. Good knowledge of English and Swedish is a requirement.
Scope: The post is a temporary position on a 100% basis for a period of one year. (The temporary post may be extended.).
