Our website also includes tools that enable advertising on other websites/services. One such example is a so-called Facebook Pixel. This allows us to show advertising on Facebook to people who have visited our website (this is done by matching IP addresses). In our Information on cookies we'll tell you more about the cookies and similar technologies available on our website.

2.2 Even when you use our app we process data. We process data about the device you use when you use the app (e.g. device ID). However, we do not process any other personal data such as email or name (the app does not require any login, user account or similar).

4.2 As far as information emails are concerned, incoming emails are deleted on an ongoing basis. However, we always save emails until a case has been investigated or if there is another purpose that requires the email to be saved.
CCTV footage is retained in accordance with what is stated in our Policy on camera surveillance and cookies as set out in our Information on cookies. As a rule, addresses are stored for three months from the date of purchase, after which they are deleted.

This is the case, for example, when analysing statistics about how you use our website and its functions. Processing that takes place in connection with the provision of our app and when answering emails to our information email is also based on a balance of interests.

5.2 You have given your consent to certain processing, such as marketing via Facebook (e.g. when you consented to our use of cookies). Please note, however, that you can make advert settings on your Facebook page.

These companies may only process the data in accordance with our instructions and through agreements we ensure a high level of protection for your personal data. If we transfer your data to countries outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that there is a legal basis for the transfer and that appropriate safeguards are in place, for example by including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for data transfers (available on the European Commission's website) in the contracts we enter into with parties that receive access to personal data.
