- GANT is now looking for a committed and results-oriented Store Manager for our Outlet store in Barkarby, which is facing an exciting remodelling to a more premium-oriented store environment. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading this journey of change, driving the store's sales, developing the team and ensuring that we always deliver a first-class customer experience - even in an outlet environment.
- You will lead a team with a passion for sales, fashion and service, and you will be responsible for maximising the store's profitability by monitoring targets, analysing results and putting marketing activities into practice. The role also includes responsibility for the recruitment, scheduling, coaching and development of your team. You will report to the Head of Retail Area and work closely with the Operations Manager and our other store managers in the Nordics.
- We are looking for people who -Has documented experience of leading, coaching and developing teams -Has previous experience of running and developing an outlet store -Is results-oriented with a strong business drive and sense of customer experience -Has experience of sales and customer service, preferably in fashion or retail -Is an inspiring leader who creates commitment and job satisfaction -Is structured, communicative and thrives in a fast-paced environment -Is fluent in Swedish and English -Has experience of recruitment and scheduling
