We are now recruiting a Retailer with an interest in the outdoors to join our team in Haglöfs Outlet Store in Barkarby, i Stockholm, Sweden. The position is a permanent position with 6 months full-time probationary period. We plan to fill the position on 13 January 2025. The position will include both weekdays and weekends. You will report directly to the Store Manager.
We are looking for you who are interested in the outdoors, service-oriented and want to work as a shop assistant in our Outlet Store in Barkarby. You will mainly work with sales of our quality products and be part of our lovely and nice team where we together strive to give customers the best possible service.
The tasks will mainly consist of meeting our customers with good product knowledge and personalised service, as well as running the daily operations of the store together with your colleagues. The tasks will consist of, among other things:
-Responsible for sales
-Unpacking and price labelling of products
-keep the shop in a clean and inviting condition
-Product display and visual merchandising
Qualifications
We want you to be sociable, responsible and flexible. A passionate interest in our fantastic outdoor products is a given! We would like to see that you have at least 1 year of experience in sales and service profession, meritorious in outdoor but it is not a requirement. We are looking for a person who is / has:
-Outgoing and responsive
-Strong communication skills
-Flexible, team-orientated and easy to work with
Self-motivated and easy to take initiative
-General interest in outdoor activities
