About the service
The post is a temporary position for up to two years, starting as agreed.
The position will start with a six-month probationary period.
The average duration of the post is approximately 32 hours per week.
Working hours are scheduled and include weekdays, evenings and weekends.
The role of First Salesperson is a regular sales position. You are a clear role model in sales, service and working methods, and an important operational support to the store manager.
Your main tasks will be
Leading by example
You lead the way in sales, service and customer care and actively contribute to achieving the store's goals.
Creating top-class customer experiences
You welcome, guide and inspire customers to buy with a high level of professionalism and personal commitment.
Support in everyday life
You relieve the store manager by contributing to structure, organisation and a sales-focused approach on the shop floor.
Contribute to a selling shop
You ensure that the store is well stocked, organised and inspiring according to concepts and guidelines.
Strengthening the team
You contribute to a positive team spirit, share knowledge and help new colleagues to settle in.
