Policy on camera surveillance

For everyone's safety, we carry out camera surveillance at Stockholm Quality Outlet. The purpose is primarily crime prevention but also, if necessary, to use as evidence to investigate crimes and to increase security in the centre.

  • The images are kept strictly confidential.
  • The footage is available for 30 days for the police to access in order to solve crimes.
  • After 30 days, all images are automatically deleted.
  • Access to the data is strictly limited and password-protected. The police may, upon request, access material related to offences they are investigating. Control of recording is only done when necessary in accordance with the purpose.
  • No images will be transferred to third countries.
  • No images will be used for automated decision-making.
  • For complaints, please contact the Privacy Authority if you believe we are in breach of laws, rules or agreements.
