As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand image and values, whilst working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the stores operations and team.
Key parts of the role:
-Support Store Manager in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities
-Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
-Monitor KPIs and teams performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
-Control costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota’s
-Inspire, motivate and develop your team through training, coaching and product knowledge
-Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager’s absence
-Ensuring strong visual standards across the storeOur ideal candidate:

Vi rekryterar nu en Butiksäljare med intresse för friluftsliv till vårt team i Haglöfs Outlet Store i Barkarby, i Stockholm. Anställningen är en permanent anställning med 6 månaders provanställning på heltid. Vi planerar att tillsätta tjänsten 13 januari 2025. Anställningen kommer att innefatta både vardagar och helger. Du kommer att rapportera direkt till Butikschefen.
Vi söker dig som är friluftsintresserad, serviceinriktad och vill jobba som butikssäljare i vår Outlet Store i Barkarby. Du kommer främst att arbeta med försäljning av våra kvalitetsprodukter och ingå i vårt härliga och trevliga team där vi tillsammans strävar efter att ge kunderna bästa möjliga service.
Arbetsuppgifterna kommer främst bestå av att bemöta våra kunder med god produktkunskap och personlig service samt driva den dagliga verksamheten i butiken tillsammans med dina kollegor. Arbetsuppgifterna kommer bland annat bestå av:
-Ansvara för försäljning
-Uppackning samt prismärkning av produkter
-Hålla butiken i ett rent och inbjudande skick
-Exponering av produkter och Visual merchandisingKvalifikationer
Vi ser att du är social, ansvarstagande och flexibel. Ett brinnande intresse för våra fantastiska outdoor-produkter är en självklarhet! Vi ser gärna att du har minst 1 år av erfarenhet inom sälj- och serviceyrke, meriterande inom outdoor men det är inget krav. Vi söker en person som är/har:
