    VI SÖKER
    Barkarbybutiken är en nyrenoverad butik som under 2020 var den mest framgångsrika butiken inom retailnätverket i Norden. Vi söker nu efter en fantastisk säljare som vill fortsätta att positionera Barkarby butiken som den mest framgångsrika H&C butiken i Norden. Vi söker nu efter sommarvikarier som kan jobba perioden Juni till slutet av Augusti tjänsten vi söker omfattar cirka 30 timmar/veckan.

    Sommarperioden är en av våra mest hektiska perioder på året i outletbyn i Barkarby. Vi söker därför en person som är stresstålig men också vågar att ta i vid stora leveranser.

    Vi letar efter personer som brinner för försäljning och gärna har erfarenhet av detaljhandel. Det är viktigt att vår personal är serviceinriktad och tycker om att arbeta i ett team men som också vågar att ta egna beslut och vara självgående.

    Vi har ett brett sortiment av allt du behöver inom matlagning, från flera av våra kända varumärken samt även produkter inom hårvård och klädvård.

    Vi söker en engagerad säljare till Kavats butik i Barkaby Outlet som öppnar i slutet av mars. Kavat är ett starkt varumärke för skor. Företaget grundades 1945 och är fortfarande familjeägt. Vi ligger långt framme när det gäller miljö och design. Merparten av produktionen sker i den egna fabriken i Bosnien. Försäljningen sker både via återförsäljare och egna kanaler. Kavat har idag snart fem egna butiker samt e-handel både i Sverige och internationellt.

    Responsibilities
    Manage people, store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals and maintain operational standards.

    A Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years retail experience, or 7 years retail experience in lieu of a degree
    A minimum of 4 years management experience
    Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management
    Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer
    Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems
    Ability to communicate in English
    Ability to build, lead and manage high-performing teams
    Ability to utilize tools to support conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
    Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
